- Account Information: Name, work email address, job title, and organization affiliation provided during account creation by an authorized administrator.
- Phone Number: Mobile phone number, collected solely for the purpose of delivering operational SMS notifications to authorized platform users.
- Usage Data: Log data, session information, and in-app activity generated during use of the ABCAxis platform.
- Contact Form Submissions: Name, email, and project details submitted via the signalthree.com contact form.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the ABCAxis platform
- Send operational SMS notifications related to on-call duty assignments and schedule changes
- Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form
- Maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. SMS Notifications
ABCAxis sends SMS text messages to authorized platform users to notify them of operational events, including:
- On-call duty assignments or transfers
- Schedule changes affecting upcoming assignments
Consent: SMS consent is obtained during account setup. Users acknowledge consent to receive operational SMS messages as part of accepting the platform's Terms of Service.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-enable notifications, contact your organization's administrator.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on operational activity, typically 1–5 messages per month.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
SMS messaging is powered by Twilio. Message delivery is subject to Twilio's network and carrier conditions.
5. Data Storage and Security
Platform data is stored using Supabase, a secure cloud database provider. We implement industry-standard security practices including encrypted data transmission (TLS), row-level security policies, and role-based access controls. We do not store SMS message content beyond what is necessary for delivery confirmation.
6. Data Retention
We retain account and platform data for the duration of an organization's active subscription. Upon contract termination, data is retained for 90 days for recovery purposes and then securely deleted upon request. Contact form data is retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry.
7. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:
- Supabase — Database and authentication infrastructure
- Twilio — SMS delivery services
- Vercel — Website hosting
Each third party is governed by their own privacy policy. We do not share personal data with these providers beyond what is necessary to operate our services.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make a request, contact us at the email address below. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify affected users of material changes via the platform or email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
